ADRIAN BROWN

FORT WORTH -- Adrian Dewayne Brown died Saturday morning, Jan. 8, 2011, early in his 69th year.        Service: 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Chapel at Robertson Mueller Harper. His family will visit with friends after the service. Honorary bearers will be Frank Badey, Justin Arnold, Matthew Arnold, Bennie Hamilton, Jeff Rogers and Jay Tadlock.        Memorials: Consideration of contributions to a charity of one's choice, in his memory, is suggested.        Born in Lubbock on Dec. 29, 1941, Adie was the son of A.J. and Sarah Elizabeth "Billie" Coston Brown. He was raised in Shallowater where he graduated from high school before attending Texas Tech. He retired from Con Agra Foods in Kearney, Neb.        He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Gene Ashcraft.        Survivors: In addition to his sister, Ann Brown Ashcraft, Adie is survived by other family members and Bubbles II.
