Alexander Riscky

FORT WORTH -- Alex J. Riscky, 95, a local businessman and a founding member of Northwest Baptist Church, passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2010.        Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Northwest Baptist Church, 5500 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, with Pastor Lee Ingram officiating. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, Fort Worth. Visitation: Mr. Riscky will lie in state noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Calvario Funeral Chapel (formerly Shannon North), with his family receiving friends 6 to 8 p.m.        Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be made in Alex's honor to the Northwest Baptist Church Mission Fund, 5500 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76135.        He was preceded in death by his wife, Cye; one son, David; one granddaughter, Lori; and his parents, Joe and Mary.        Survivors: Children, Jody Burkhalter and husband, Carl, and Daryl Riscky and wife, Kay; nephew, Jim Riscky and wife, Norma; grandchildren, Kerry, Greg, Heather, Heidi, Rebekah, Sara and Rachel; and great-grandchildren, Autumn, Andrew, Lacee, Ashton, Hayley, Joey, Jordan and Joren.
