Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Alexandria's name to Camp Sol (for families who have experienced death of a child), Box 140589, Dallas, Texas 75359; or Kid's Beach Club, Box 635, Euless, Texas 76039-0635. She suffered from a life-long degenerative brain disease. This precious child, Alexandria, was born Sept. 26, 2004, to Todd and Kristi Tew. Alexandria was a beautiful, sweet, loving child all of her days. Alexandria smiled in the midst of her disabilities and laughed despite her pains. She was a perfect, precious gift from God to our family. Without ever saying a word, she taught those of us who knew her many things. She taught us to persevere through dire situations, to fully value the precious gift of life each day, and to find joy in everything. She loved being embraced and kissed, and generously displayed her appreciation and affection in return. She was special and extraordinary. We have the hope and faith that today she is in heaven able to run, play and dance with her big sister, Caroline, who also passed away from this same disease in 2001. Survivors: Her parents, Kristi and Todd Tew of Southlake; sisters, Brittany, Victoria and her twin, Katherine; grandparents, Wayne and Berna Dean Lee of Southlake and Barbara Tew of Round Rock; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
