WATAUGA -- Allen Joseph Zand, 54, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at a local hospital. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Wednesday in Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, Hurst. Allen, a photographer, was born April 22, 1959, in Iran. Survivors: Wife, Lori; son, Randy Whalin; daughter, Tasha Zand.
