Audrey Stanford

Audrey Fay Farris Selman Stanford, 83 of Fort Worth died Tuesday, November 24, 2009. Fay lived at the Renaissance Park Multi Care Center for almost 3 years. Surrounded by professional care givers, chaplain and loved ones, she died peacefully from 83 years of living life to its fullness. Fay was born September 30 ,1926 in Mansfield, Tx. She was the daughter of Boman Franklin and Audrey Swinney Farris. One of 6 siblings, Edwin, Doris, Boman, Morris and Glyn. Boman Ray and Audrey Fay where twins. Fay was the last of the siblings to pass away. Now that chapter of the families life is closed, but they left many wonderful living legacies. Fay married Loyd Oliver " Doll " Selman, November 14, 1942 in Weatherford, Tx. They had 3 children one son, Herman and two daughters Evelyn and Margaret. Loyd died February 14, 1973. Fay was married to Ed Stanford of Cleburne, Texas for 30 years. He died September, 2003. She was preceded in death by one son, Herman Selman and one daughter, Evelyn Sanders White. Living legacies, One daughter Margaret and Husband James Myrick. Grandchildren, Cecil, Edward,Audrey Selman and Scott Sanders. Several great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
