Mr. Aura Clarence Beers

Aura Clarence Beers, 70, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017. Funeral: 2:00 Thursday at Williams and Lucas Funeral Home in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Aura was born December 17, 1947 in Fort Worth to the late Lyle and Dona Beers. He graduated from Haltom High School in 1965 before joining the U.S. Air Force where he proudly served in Vietnam as an Air Force Crew Chief. Aura retired from Ball Metal after nearly 40 years of service. He enjoyed his retirement spending his time near the water. Above all, he loved spending time with his family who will forever remember and miss him. Aura was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Annabelle Watkins. Survivors: Wife, Nora Beers; son, Mike Beers and wife Kathy; daughter, Laura K. Whitworth and husband Ron; grandchildren, Rebecca, Ainsley, Grace, and Blaze; brother, William J.
