JUSTIN -- Austin "Austie" Durant, 18, passed away Sunday, Sept. 21, 2008. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at Glenview Baptist Church, 4805 Northeast Loop 820, Fort Worth, the Rev. Lawrence Hammond officiating. Visitation: Austin will lie in state Thursday afternoon with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lucas Hurst Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road. Austin's struggles of life made him an encourager for young people with problems. He touched people's lives as a gentle, kind, respectful young man with always a smile on his face.
