Bertha Dean

MANSFIELD -- Bertha Lenore Dean, 91, a loving mother, "Nana" and faithful member of the Church of Christ, passed away Friday, Sept. 22, 2006, in Mansfield.  Funeral: noon Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield. Burial: 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at Blessing Funeral Home.  Bertha was born Oct. 9, 1914, in Van Buren, Ark., the daughter of Dillard and Rose Brewer. She married James A. Dean on Feb. 9, 1951.  She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 22, 2002.  Survivors: Daughter, Sherry Burgess and husband, Larry; grandsons, James Baker and wife, Lisa and Brandon Baker; great-grandsons, Alex and Justin Baker.
