ARLINGTON -- Beverly Jean Womack Green, 57, passed away Saturday, March 24, 2012. Memorial service: Beverly's life will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 29, at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. Bev, as she was called by all that loved her, was born on February 15, 1955 in Wichita Falls, TX to Rector and Trula Fae Womack. Bev married her best friend, Brian Dennis Green on December 23, 1978. She was a dedicated educator and instilled a passion for learning in elementary students for 26 years before retiring. The impact that she left on the lives of her students is immeasurable. Her greatest joys in life were traveling in her RV with Dennis and doting on her two grandbabies, Spencer and Maya. She will be remembered for her kind, loving heart and her unforgettable laugh. Bev was preceded in death by her father, Rector Womack. Survivors: Bev is survived by her husband, Dennis; mother, Fae Womack of Fort Worth; brother, Maxey and wife, Ann Womack of Plano; grandchildren, Spencer and Maya Eason-Beebe of Mansfield.
