Billy Alexander

Billy W. Alexander, 85, passed away February 21, 2009 due to complications from Muscular Dystrophy. He was born January 10, 1924 in Hicks, Texas, the son of William E. and Madie Owens Alexander. He came to Dallas after high school graduation and began work at Greyhound Bus Lines where he met the love of his life, Robbie Bunton. They married January 9, 1957 in Dallas, Texas. She preceded him in death August 25, 1995. Billy is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Michael Byers; granddaughters Michelle and Megan Byers; daughter and son-in-law, Patty and Craig Acree; grandson David Brown: sister Jessie "Jo" Redwine and several nieces. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church Building Fund or Muscular Dystrophy Association.
