Billy Brown

RENDON -- Billy B. Brown, living 61 years and 51 weeks with Down syndrome, went home Monday, May 12, 2008, in Mansfield, Texas. Billy was born May 21, 1946 in Hardesty, Oklahoma, the son of Oscar Byron Brown and Hazel Mildred Richards Brown. To know our beloved Billy was to love him. If you knew him, you were blessed. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel and Oscar Brown. Survivors include his sisters and loving caretakers, Donna Teague and husband, Dewayne, of Rendon, Mona Richerson of Liberal, Kansas, and Jeannie Bauer of Hemet, California; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
