Billy McMillion

Billy Ray "Jack" McMillion, 85, passed away Monday, June 15, 2009, in Fort Worth, surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: 4 p.m. Wednesday at Blessing Funeral Home, 401 Elm St., Mansfield. Interment: noon Thursday in Rosewood Cemetery, Longview. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of North Texas. Billy Ray was born July 18, 1923, in Midlothian, the son of Claude Marvin and Gracie Opal Wilson McMillion. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, retiring in 1983. Survivors: Brother, Wilson McMillion; children, Brenda Gordon and husband, Bill, Danny McMillion, Pam McElhaney and Becky Sue Gunter and husband, Tim; grandchildren, Traci, Jami, Emily, Shauna, Kathryn, Ron and Jerry; and four great-grandchildren.
