Bobbi Kaye Best, 52, of Mansfield, Texas, passed away Monday, January 4, 2010 in Healthcare Odyssey Hospice. Survivors include her husband, Kenny Best; children, Tim Storm, Joe Best and Melissa Best; five grandchildren; parents, John and Rosemary Storm; brothers, Lynn Storm and wife, Vicki, Jody Storm and Kelby Storm; sister, Abby Storm; and numerous other family members.
