Bobby Cooper

Bobby J. Cooper, 86, of Alvarado, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2012. Bobby was born in Britton on Nov. 21, 1925, the son of Camel Calvis Cooper and Lucy Mae Brown Cooper. He married Winnie Marie Pursley Nov. 29, 1947 in Forest Hill. Bobby was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations. Mr. Cooper was preceded in death by his wife, Winnie and brother, Jerry Cooper. Survivors: Son, Craig Cooper and wife Lovetta; grandson, Austin Cooper; brother, Phillip Cooper.
