GODLEY -- Bobby Gene Newsom passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011. Graveside Service: 2 p.m., Wednesday at Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at Blessing Funeral Home, Mansfield. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Emery J. Lilge Hospice House in Burleson. Gene was preceded in death by his grandson, Josh Skelton. Survivors: Wife of 46 years; Frances Newsom; daughter, Ronda Skelton and husband, David; sons, Donnie Newsom, Bobby and wife, Dalene; sister, Marie Shea and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Amy Skelton and Zachary Newsom.
