Bonnie Grounds

NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Bonnie Helen Grounds, 83, mother to all, surrendered her earthly life to be with her lifelong love, Weyman, and her mother in heaven Monday, July 12, 2010. She was surrounded by her loving children, grandchildren and family friends.        Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday in Lucas Funeral Chapel in Hurst. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.        She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, and had a special bond with every child she encountered. She will forever be young and will live in our hearts and memories forever.        The family would like to express a special thank-you to her devoted caregivers, Mae Johnson, Vivian Westmoreland and IntegraCare Hospice Bedford.        Survivors: Sons, Gary Grounds and wife, Candy, and Terry Grounds and wife, Darcel; daughter, Karen Starnes and husband, Ronnie; grandchildren, Kimberly Shay Gill, Kerri Kincaid, Nicole Agans, Dana Romano, Deidra Roy, Jason Brodeur and Justin Grounds; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
