Carolyn Ray Wooten
Carolyn was born in Fort Worth in 1937. She was the daughter of Ray and Jessie McFarland. Carol graduated from North Side High School and North Texas State College. She taught in the Dallas and Fort Worth school systems until electing to stay home and raise her family.
Carolyn married Eugene Wooten in 1962 and lived in Benbrook together until his death in 2010. They loved to travel the world with each other and friends. She is survived by her two sons, Marc and Michael, and by her two beloved granddaughters Sydney and Samantha.
