Charles "Chuck" Entwisle

MANSFIELD -- Charles Edward "Chuck" Entwisle lost his battle with brain cancer on August 29, 2011 at age 47. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3921 Turner Warnell Rd, Arlington. (Visitation begins at 9:30 am). Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Friday at Blessing Funeral Home, 401 Elm St, Mansfield. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to Baylor Neuro Oncology Foundation, care of Karen Fink, M.D, Ph.D. Chuck was born September 20, 1963 in Vernal, Utah, the son of Charles and Margaret Greene Entwisle. He graduated from New Mexico Military Institute, Utah State University, and DeVry Institute. He married Patricia Lynn Morton on September 10, 1986 in South Jordan, Utah. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Survivors: Wife of 25 years, Pat Entwisle; daughters, Samantha "Sami" and Camille Entwisle; parents; siblings, Ange, Marcy, Margy, Joe and Carrie.
