Charles Franks

He was a World War II veteran. He worked 17 years at General Dynamics before forming Franks Enterprises, which he operated for 40 years. He and his wife, Betty operated B.J's China Shop on the northside. ??? He was especially proud of his family and his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Franks; parents, Mr. and Mrs S.C. Franks; sister, Shreta Shires; brothers, Aubrey, William, Allen and Leroy Franks. ???
