Memorials: You may honor Booker and Howard with a gift to the Ronald McDonald House, 5641 Medical Center Drive, Dallas, Texas 75235.        Howard was born in Fort Worth to Charles H. Parsley Sr. and Georgia E. Brashear Parsley. After graduating from high school in Gladewater, he went on to earn a BBA degree from Texas Tech University. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II and the Korean War, logging 39 missions.        Howard also proudly served his community as a deacon at First Baptist Church in Grapevine, as a past president and charter member of the Grapevine Rotary Club and the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. He was a past president and life member of the 8th Air Force Historical Society, North Texas Chapter, and was a member of the planning and zoning commission of Grapevine. Howard spent many years as a banker with First National Bank of Grapevine and after retirement spent time in the aviation industry.        He was preceded in death by his parents and his best friend and wife of 63 years, Booker M. Parsley.        Survivors: Son, Richard A. Parsley and his wife, Lea Ann Lortz Parsley; favorite granddaughter and grandson, Kristen and Daniel Parsley; brother, George Parsley and his wife, Mollie; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
