BEDFORD -- Coin Lu Williams, 57, went home to the Lord, Sunday, March 18, 2012. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Rev. Lawrence Hammond will officiate. She was a Russian linguist in the U.S. Army during the Russian Afghanistan War. She worked many interesting jobs, including as a chemist and also as a stockbroker for TD Ameritrade. She was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Williams; sister, Sammie Williams; and brother, Nathan Williams. Survivors: Parents: William Samuel Williams and Joyce Williams. Sisters, Nan Williams, Deneise Laywell; brothers, James Brown, Richard Brown; nieces and nephews, Jarrett Gibson, Jason Brown and Kary Cottrell.
