Connie Sue Fletcher

BEDFORD -- Connie Sue Gathright Fletcher, 67, of Bedford passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, Thursday, April 18, 2013. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church of Hurst. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Methodist Church of Hurst in her name. Connie was born Nov. 26, 1945, in St. Albans, W.Va., to Irene Gibeaut Gathright and Jack Gathright. She graduated from high school in Poca, W.Va., with the class of 1963 and married G. Dale Fletcher Jr. on Nov. 24, 1965. Spending time with family, friends and traveling were her passion and delight. Survivors: Her husband, Dale; son, Tim Fletcher of Charleston, S.C.; daughter, Nikki Darkoch of Coppell; grandchildren, TJ, Ethan and Christian Fletcher, Zoey and Zachary Darkoch; and brother, Jack Gathright.
