Dale Smiley

Smiley, Dale DALLAS -- Dale Smiley (67) of Dallas, TX, passed away April 3, 2012. Dale was born, Nov. 28th, 1944 in Stafford, KS to Warren and Jo Ann Smiley of Monroe, LA. After graduating High School in Kansas he enlisted in the Army, but before training was completed he was given an honorable discharge due loss of hearing (scarlet fever as a child). He started his career in Industrial Sales...living in IL, KS, IN, he formed South Tech Industries (Graphite) in the 80's with his father and recieved a Batchelor's Degree in Business Administration at Letourneau University in Longview, TX in the 80's. He went on to sell real estate, and was an Insurance Adjustor with Farmers Insurance during the Hurricanes Irene and Katrina. Most recently he was CFO of Industry Petroleum. Dale was preceeded in death by his father Warren Smiley. He is survived by his wife: Patricia Smiley. Children: Mark Smiley and wife Stephanie, Candy Chapman and husband Tim, Dale Lucas Smiley and wife Patty, Kelly Sadlovsky, Jon Berman and wife Brooke, Sherri Laurance and husband Michael, Scott Berman and wife Marni and Brett Berman. Grandchildren: Ezekiel Smiley, Brandy and Tyler Jack (TJ) Chapman, Liam and Patrick Smiley, Meagan Sadlovsky, Samantha and Jake Wueste, Ethan and Hannah Berman, Jackson and Lily Berman and Andrew Paul Berman.
