Damon Williams

BURLESON -- Damon W. Williams was called home by the Lord on February 14 at the age of 88. Graveside Services: 10:00 AM on Monday at Mansfield Cemetery. Damon was born on October 9, 1923 in Corsicana.  He served in the Army during World War II, retired from the Texas Department of Public Safety where he was a Sergeant in the Drivers License Division and from the Tarrant County Sherriff's Department where he served as a bailiff.  He was married for 49 years to the love of his life Mary Williams. They shared one son, Michael Williams. Damon was preceded in death by both Mary and Michael. Survivors: Grandson, Blaine Williams, his wife Helen and two great grandchildren Abbi and Paxton; granddaughter, Shawna Marusak, her husband Alan and a great grandson Gavin, and daughter in law, Jaynee Williams Birdwell and husband David.
