David was born in Bryan and was raised in the Wedgwood area, attending in the first year of Bruce Shulkey Elementary, Wedgwood Middle and Southwest High School, graduating in 1971. He founded Auto Electrics and for 25 years worked on the electrical parts of automobiles and most recently worked for the Star-Telegram. David was active in Blue Raider Youth Athletic Association during school years and enjoyed boating and water activities. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred A. and Gertrude Lewis and Hillon D. and Della Cline; and father, David H. Cline Sr. Survivors: Son, Brandon B. Cline of San Francisco, Calif.; mother, Jeanneane L. Keene and husband, John E. Keene; brothers, Marc L. Cline and wife, Adriana, of Houma, La., Randall S. Cline and wife, Micki, of Fort Worth and Gary H. Cline and wife, Jackie, of Fort Worth; nephews, Duston Cline and family of Roswell, Ga., and Kodi Cline and family of Fort Worth; aunts, Ellen Rosenstein and husband, Randy, of Fort Worth and Suzann Resnick of Aspen, Colo.; and longtime friend, Juli Hawkins.
