ARLINGTON - On Wednesday, January 7, 2009, our family lost David Lee Ferguson, 58, a very much loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and son. CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 2 p.m., Saturday, January 17 at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. Pastor Russ Barksdale officiating. David "Fergie" was born in Dallas on November 1, 1950 to Olive and Roy. He filled the lives of those who loved him with laughter, friendship, and unconditional love. David was the definition of strength and hope. He was a true-blue Cowboys fan and loved NASCAR. He enjoyed spending his days with Chico, refinishing old furniture, and watching movies with his friend Rick. Being with his family is what he loved most. GREATLY MISSED BY: Wife of almost 30 years, Jackie; daughters, Sarah Ferguson and Michelle Venissat and her husband, Khristopher; grandson, Justin; mother, Olive Crowell; brother, Logan; sister, Susan Hutchison; and countless family and friends.
