RICHLAND HILLS -- David Randolph Harris, 80, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 14, 2012. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst. Memorials: Memorials are requested to Shriners Hospitals for Children, P.O. Box 1320, Fort Worth, Texas 76101. David was born Dec. 9, 1931, in Fort Worth to William and Barazalla Curlee Harris. He was a veteran of the Korean War, a member of Hurst Masonic Lodge, Dallas Scottish Rite and a former owner and breeder of thoroughbred race horses. David retired from American Airlines. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Delores and his son, David R. Harris Jr. Survivors: He is survived by his son, William Harris and wife, Sharon; daughter, Lou Underwood and husband, Gary; grandchildren, Jacquelyn Neuman and husband, Jacob, Terri Cox and husband, Monty, Sandy Murphy and husband, Michael, David Underwood; great-grandchildren, Lily, Brady and Abigail.
