Debra Ford

Debra Arlene Ford, 37, of Fort Worth, Texas, was called to her heavenly home on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at her residence.Debra was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 30, 1970, the daughter of James Arvil Ford and Frances Maudine Daniels Ford. She received a Bachelor of Science in History from Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas and a Master of Arts in Museum Science from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Ms. Ford had been involved with Texas Tech University Museum and Denton County Historical Museum and currently was very active with the Arlington Historical Society and was a volunteer collections manager. Debra was a longtime member of New Hope Baptist Church and was a dedicated children's Sunday school teacher. She was employed as a customer service representative for Countrywide Home Loans in Fort Worth, Texas.Survivors include her Mother, Frances Ford; cousins, Lee Roy and Ronald Wayne Gilmore, Barbara and Andrew Bourassa, Joni and Mike Freeman, Danny and Linda Hogue and Jerry and Chris Hogue; and numerous extended family members and friends.Debra was preceded in death by her father, James Ford.The family request that Memorial donations be made in Debras name to the American Heart Association.
