Dionne Pittman

Slay Memorial Funeral Center Aubrey, Texas Dionne Robert Pittman passed away at Denton Regional Hospital Sunday, March 18th, 2012 following an extended illness, he was 43. He was born March 1, 1969 in Windsor, Ontario Canada to Robert Dionne and Janette Turk- Pittman. He married Glenda Wilkin on August 19,1999. Dionne Robert was President and owner of Adelante Solutions. He also served as a Director of Camp Button Youth Camp and was active in several other youth ministries. Dionne was an active member of the Little Elm Chamber of Commerce. Services will be held at Button Memorial Methodist Church in Little Elm, Texas, Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. With Pastor Denise Peckham officiating. The family will host friends and relatives at a visitation on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Button Memorial Methodist Church in Little Elm, TX. Dionne is survived by his wife, Glenda Jean Pittman of Corinth; two sons, Robert Dionne Pittman II and Darius Marcel Pittman, two daughters, Nicole Violetta Pittman and Lachelle Janette Pittman; and one step-son, Brandon John Geary. Also surviving are Dionne's parents, Robert Dionne Pittman and mother, Janette Pittman; a brother, Marcel Maurice Pittman and his wife Francis; and a sister, Crystal April Pittman-Danzy and husband Vance. Other survivors include in-laws Richard and Anna Wilkin and numerous extended family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to assist with the cost of funeral and medical expenses to the Pittman Family at Capital One Bank in Little Elm.
