Type Obit Here HURST -- Donald Gordon Foh, 87, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2009 with his wife by his side. Funeral service will be pm Saturday in Lucas Hurst Chapel. Interment will 11:00 am Tuesday in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00pm Friday at the funeral home. The family requests memorials to the Alzheimers Association or a charity of choice. Don, the second son of Edward C. Foh and Ethel Clark Foh, was born January 2, 1922 in Chicago, IL. He served in the Army Air Force during World War II as a pilot of B-24 airplanes. After the war he went to work for American Airlines; first as a Flight Operations Agent and then he became a Flight Engineer on DC-6 and 707 airplanes. He retired after 38 years of service with American Airlines. Don and his wife, May, enjoyed many years of traveling in the motor home and were active in the Allegro Motor Home Club. He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward R. Foh. Survivors include his wife of 62 years, May; children, the Reverend Thomas Foh and wife, Linda, Judy Gage and husband, Barry, Robert Foh and wife, Eloise; granddaughters, Jenette Carlson, Shari deRu, Melissa Knott, Patricia Foh, Julie Foh, Kristi Fox, Kenzi Harris; 9 great-grandchildren
