Donna Fisher

Donna Price Fisher, 72, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, June 10, 2011.        Donna was born on Christmas Day, 1938, in Roanoke. She graduated from Carter-Riverside High School. She worked for General Dynamics (Lockheed) for 38 years.        Donna was a wonderful mother and a loving and devoted wife. She was a quiet, servant hero who always put others before herself. She was abundantly loved by her church friends at Glenview Baptist, her neighborhood friends and all who knew her. Donna with her quiet gentle spirit was strong in her faith and ability to give encouragement and strength to her family. "I know Him in whom I have believed"--2 Timothy 1:12        Donna was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Dorothy Ballew; first husband, Billy Price; sister, Shirley Wright; and son, Scotty Price.        Survivors: Husband of 18 years, Billy Ray Fisher of North Richland Hills; sons, Michael Price of Fort Worth and Leland Fisher of New Mexico; daughters, Pam Ingram and husband, Steve, of Fort Worth and Gerri Fisher of North Richland Hills; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; her faithful Yorkie companion, Tiger; and many loving friends.
