Doris Goodloe

BEDFORD -- Doris Wilson Goodloe, 87, a loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2008.        Memorial service: 2 p.m. Friday at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church, 2701 Harwood Road. The Rev. Robin Valdez will officiate.        Memorials: Her memory may be honored with contributions to Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.        Doris, the daughter of Paul D. and Bessie Wilson Smith, was born April 17, 1921, in Lebanon, Mo. She was a music teacher in schools in Missouri and Arizona, and after moving to Bedford taught private piano lessons. She was a member of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church.        Survivors: Husband, John Ross Goodloe; children, Frances Lynde Gilbert, Anne Lori Unrue, Karen Janice McCabe, John Paul Goodloe; grandchildren, Misty Lynde Flanary, Mark Aaron Gilbert, Emily Jin Unrue, Daniel Erik Unrue, Leah Grace Goodloe; great-grandchildren, Ethan Zackary Gilbert, Emma Lynde Flanary; and brother, Paul Donald Smith.
