KELLER -- Elaine Pride Nolte, 82, passed away peacefully, Friday, October 11, 2013 in Arlington, Texas. Funeral: 1:00pm Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Fort Worth. Burial: 12:30pm Thursday at the Carrell Cemetery, Huntington, Texas. Visitation: Family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Lucas Funeral Home, 137 E. Hill Street, Keller, Texas. For those of you who knew Elaine, there is no way to encapsulate her unique essence. She loved with unimaginable depth but spoke the truth whether you wanted to hear it or not. Her recitation of a poem, a Bible verse, or, for that matter, the United States Constitution, strictly from memory was mind-boggling to most. Without question, her Texas-born strength and resolve will always be remembered. She was an amazing woman, and she will be missed by many. Elaine is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Raymond “Ray” William Nolte. Survivors: Son, William James “Bill” Nolte; daughters, Katherine “Kathy” Nolte, Regina Inez Manian, and Katherine Marie Napper; grandchildren, Sharon, Kyle, Meagan, and Kayvon; son-in-laws, John Tuffin, and Vahid Manian; daughter-in-law, Ruth Nolte; niece, Karen Frazer; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
