Douglas owned and operated King Flooring Co. for 37 years. He and his wife enjoyed 20 years of activity after his retirement. They traveled in their RV all over the country making many friends. He was best known for his quick wit and good sense of humor.Survivors: His loving wife of 67 years, Dollie King of Fort Worth; daughter, Darlene Stark and husband, Tom, of Mansfield; brothers, Bryan King of Houston and Floyd King of Wichita Falls; grandchildren, Shannon Winans and Brad Fowler and wife, Teresa; great-grandchildren, Josh Snow, Jeffery Bell, Loren Fowler and Taryn Fowler; and great-great-grandchildren, Layke Holmes, Collton Capers and Layla Snow.Memorials: Memorials can be made in his name to a charity of choice.
