Earnest Camfield

BEDFORD -- Darrell Camfield, 52, passed away Friday, May 2, 2008. Funeral: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Dr. Ronny Marriott. pastor of Shady Oaks Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Colleyville. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Darrell was born in Stephenville to Peggie and Ernie Camfield. After leaving VAC Hyde Dallas he proudly owned his own painting and remodeling business and took great pride in his work. There never was a person that asked for his help that did not get it. He was a very loyal and dedicated husband, father, son, brother. He will be greatly missed by all of us. He was preceded in death by his father Ernie in 2007. Survivors:Wife, Theresa Camfield; daughters, Anthea Armstrong of Bedford, Shawna Camfield of Bedford; son, Jeremy Camfield and his wife, Courtney of Bedford; mother, Peggy Camfield of Mingus; brothers, Larry Camfield of Bedford and Mike Camfield of Arlington; sisters, Beverly Tabor, Kathy Johnston and her husband, Jim; father-in-law, Walter R.
