SOUTHLAKE -- Elizabeth Gertrude Hoerig Wolf, 93, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, at an assisted living facility. Funeral: 3 p.m. Sunday at Smithfield United Methodist Church, 6701 Smithfield Road, North Richland Hills, with the pastor, the Rev. Lisa Neslony, officiating. An additional funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 24, in Forest Home Cemetery Chapel in Milwaukee, Wis. This service will be under the direction of Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home, 10280 N. Port Washington Road, Mequon, Wis. 53029. Entombment: Following this service, Elizabeth will be entombed with her husband, William Wolf, in the Mausoleum Halls of History. Memorials: Friends who desire are invited to honor her memory with memorial contributions in her name to Light House For The Blind, Sigma Alpha Iota Philanthropies or Milwaukee Children's Hospital. Elizabeth was born March 17, 1917, in Milwaukee, Wis., to Curt and Emily Geuder Hoerig. The passion of her life was her family and being a homemaker. She had a deep love for music. She was highly involved in the Ideal Club of Milwaukee Children's Hospital. Survivors: Sons, Dean R. Wolf and wife, Kathi, of California and Todd R. Wolf and wife, Pamela Peterka, of Milwaukee; daughter, Lynn Macmillian of Bedford; grandchildren, Douglas Macmillian and wife, Tanya, Anne Macmillian Vazquez, David Wolf and wife, Nikoma, and Daniel Wolf and wife, Nicole; great-grandchildren, Alexander Vazquez, Andrew Vazquez, Dasha Macmillian, Colin Wolf, Taylor Wolf and Kadence Wolf; and dear friend, Don Morton.
