Interment: Grapevine Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends at noon Saturday.        Etheline Parks Weddel was born Feb. 22, 1917, to Oscar Monroe and Beulah D. Parks in Wetumka, Okla. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; daughter, Linda Sue Vester; and grandson, Mike Gillespie.        Survivors: Daughter, Sylvia Morse; son, James and wife, Margaret; son-in-law, Jessie Vester; sister, Nora Sebring; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
