Eulas Malcolm

HURST -- Eulas Malcolm Ray departed this life for his heavenly home Monday, Sept. 6, 2010. He was 85 years old.        Graveside service: 11 a.m. Friday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park in Collevyille. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Lucas Funeral Home in Hurst.        Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Grace Hospice in memory of Malcolm Ray, 4100 International Plaza, Fort Worth, Texas 76109.        Malcolm was born Oct. 23, 1924, in Ector. He was preceded in death by his parents, M.E. "Butch" Ray and Bobbie Tidwell Ray; and his wife of 54 years, Catherine Lane Ray.        Survivors: His sister, Bobbie Jewel Darling of Sulphur Springs; son, Melvin Lane Ray and his wife, Candy, of Greenville; daughters, Vicki Ray Maxwell and her husband, Richard, of Grapevine, Paula Ray Whitaker and her husband, Gary, of Haltom City, and Tammy Ray Graham and her husband, Joel, of Pueblo, Colo.; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
