FORT WORTH -- Eunice Saltzberg Caughey died peacefully Sunday morning, Feb. 14, 2010, in her 98th year at a Dallas retirement center. Service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Kornbleet Memorial Cemetery Chapel, 411 N. University Drive. Rabbi Alberto "Baruch" Zeilicovich will officiate. Following committal prayers, Eunice will be laid to rest next to her husband, David, in Ahavath Sholom Cemetery. Visitation: Family and friends will be received after the service at the residence of Lon and Laurie Werner with Minyan beginning at 6 p.m. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, consideration of contributions to Congregation Ahavath Sholom or a charity of one's choice, honoring Mrs. Caughey's memory, is suggested. Born Aug. 19, 1911, in Palatine, Ill., Eunice was the daughter of Ben and Minnie Salinger Saltzberg. She married David Hirsch Caughey in 1931 and moved to Fort Worth in 1934.
