Evelyn Poole

BEDFORD -- Evelyn Poole, 90, passed away Monday, Dec. 3, 2012. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at First United Methodist Church of Bedford. Interment: Moore Memorial Gardens. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Wesley Putnam Ministries, 1320 Brown Trail, Bedford, Texas 76022; the American Cancer Society; or the American Heart Association. Evelyn was a longtime active member of First United Methodist Church of Bedford. She was a good and faithful servant to the Lord and was deeply loved and cherished by her family and friends. Her kind and gentle spirit touched those who knew her and those who cared for her as her health declined. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Poole, and her sister, Jimmie Jones. Survivors: Children, Charlotte and her husband, Delbert, Dan and his wife, Beckie, and Cheryl and her husband, Rick; granddaughters, Jamie and her husband, Billy, and Jessica and her husband, Coby; and great-grandson, Andy.
