Evelyn Dorothy Siegel, age 90, passed away September 26, 2013 in Keller, TX. She is survived by her sons, Warren C. and Robert W. Siegel; daughter, Fern Russell Manzo; grandchildren, Jared Stevens and Justin Manzo; sisters Arlene and Carole Fisher. Private inurnment will be at the Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
