FORT WORTH -- Everett Hackworth Jr., 85, passed away Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, in Fort Worth.        Service: 11 a.m. Thursday at University Baptist Church in Fort Worth. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 517 N. Sylvania.        Everett was born Nov. 3, 1926, to Everett and Nancy Osborne Hackworth Sr. in Elwood, Ky. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ann Hackworth; and one sister, Mary Smallwood.        Survivors: Daughter, Linda Hackworth Shaw and husband, William; brother, Blake Hackworth; sister, Ruth Addington; and grandchildren, Elizabeth Cominos, Victoria Shaw and Gavin Shaw.
