FLOWER MOUND -- Frances Moore, passed away on December 29, 2008 following a long courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease. Graveside Service: 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2009 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: Friends may call at the funeral home between 9-4 Thursday.        Frances was born September 16, 1927 in McKinney and raised in Marshall Texas. She was a majorette in high school where she met her husband, Jack A. Moore Jr. and they married in 1945. Jack was in the Navy, therefore they moved to California where Frances began office work until Jack completed his military duty. They moved to Denton, TX. where Frances continued working in offices and Jack completed college. They remained married and best friends until his death in 1993.        In 1967 Frances was employed by "Kelly Girl Temp" services and sent to Love Field Airport. The airport hired her as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director. The office was relocated becoming DFW Airport. Frances continued working at DFW Airport, retiring more than 20 years later as the liaison for the board members. Frances appreciated her job and the long lasting friends she made at DFW.        Frances was a member of North Richland Hills Church of Christ for more than 30 years. Frances always had a strong faith in God. She was a volunteer for the church and the community food bank. She looked forward to helping where she could, and enjoyed the numerous friends and connections she had with the church. This was a place where she also had a deep appreciation for the special friendships that she maintained for her entire life.        Frances Moore was a person of character and integrity. Her special charm, wit and kindness will be missed by all the lives she touched.        Survivors: Daughters, Vicki Moore and husband Robert Childress, and Jackie Wojcik husband Denis Wojcik, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and one sister, MaryAnn Harkins and husband Earl.
