EULESS -- Francis Dale Pannell, 72, a retired union bricklayer, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2008. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Mulberry Cemetery, Mulberry. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Survivors: Sons, Jeremy Pannell, Michael Pannell; grandchildren, Brooklyn Grace Pannell, Michael Pannell Jr., Elena Pannell, Jasmine Pannell; brother, Jerry Pannell; sister, Lorene Nichols; and several nieces and nephews.
