Gary DeVault

Gary Robert DeVault, of Grandview, Texas, passed away August 18, 2009 in the V.A. Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Gary was born Aug. 23, 1947 in Dexter, Iowa, the son of Paul and Phyllis DeVault. He was a six year veteran of the Navy, serving in Vietnam and a member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Gary was an avid chess player and enjoyed reading, cross word puzzles and football. He leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Paul and Phyllis DeVault of Grandview, Texas; brothers, Dennis DeVault of Grandview and Terry DeVault and wife Laurie of Ottawa, Illinois; sisters, Connie Hull and husband Bob of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tanya Adair and husband Michael of Cedar Hill, Texas; nieces and nephews that will miss their Uncle Gary are Tony, Dale, Brandon, Crystal, Jeremy, Eric, Nathan, Heather, Caleb, Michael, Cassandra, Sarah and Avery; he will grieved by his side-kick and four legged buddy, Bubba.
