Gary Robeson

HURST -- Gary Robeson passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2009. Funeral: 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church of Hurst. Gary was born in Gainesville. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and the SMU School of Banking. He spent 35 years in banking in the Fort Worth area, employed by Frost Bank for the past 14 years as senior vice president of treasury management. He was a devoted husband and father who would do anything to put a smile on someone's face. More than anything he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, including playing golf with his son and watching his daughter play basketball. Survivors: His wife of 33 years, Becky; son, Dustin; daughter, Kristal; parents, Charles and Clista; sisters, Charlotte Marion and Rhonda Robbins; and brother, Terry Robeson.
