FORT WORTH -- Gary R. Shelton, 58, passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2010.        Memorial service: 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Hurst Seventh-day Adventist Church, 100 W. Hurst Blvd., Hurst. Visitation: The family will receive friends 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the church.        Memorials: To honor Gary's memory, the family requests memorials be made to the James Shelton Education Fund.        Gary was a graduate of North Texas State University and Southern Methodist University Law School. He was owner of All American Mortgage Co.        Survivors: Son, James Shelton; former wife, Sue Shelton; mother, Barbara Shelton Womack; sisters, Beverly Carroll and husband, Joey, and Lori Shelton; and brothers, Don Shelton and wife, Anita, Bobby Shelton, DeWayne Shelton and Charlie Shelton.
