Gloria Geyer

MANSFIELD -- Gloria Grace Geyer, 77, a retired educator, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006.  Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at First United Methodist Church, Mansfield. Burial: private.  Memorials: First United Methodist Church of Mansfield or Methodist Children's Home, 1111 Herring Ave., Waco, Texas 76708.  Gloria was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a very dedicated, committed and active member of First United Methodist Church of Mansfield. Gloria was cherished by those who knew her and will be deeply missed.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Byman Geyer.  Survivors: Brother, Burt Schmitz; sister, Barbara Gerbracht; children, John and Kathleen; stepchildren, Paula Harrison, Glenda and David Jackson and Bob and Cydnie Geyer; and numerous extended family members.
