Guy Fugate

The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 137 E Hill St., in Keller. Guy William Fugate Jr. was born in 1937, in Ada, Okla., the oldest son of Guy and Alice Fugate. Among many talents, Mr. Fugate was an accomplished auctioneer, lending his services to many local charities. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Fugate had a successful career of over 45 years in the water well industry including owning and operating his own manufacturers rep agency. Survivors: Wife of 52 years, Shug Fugate; sons, Guy William Fugate III and wife Jodi, Clay Fugate and wife Karen; Daughters, Sabra Fugate and her partner John Williams, Cheryne Ellis and husband Joshua; Grandchildren, Brandon, Shannon, Mary and Satchel.
