RICHLAND HILLS -- Hazel Leah Green, 90, passed away from this life on Monday, Dec. 31, 2007. Graveside service: 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Boulevard, Colleyville. Father Richard Clark will officiate. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Road in Hurst. Hazel was born Aug. 7, 1917, in Henderson to the late Fonzer Forest White and Elizabeth Youngblood White. She had resided in Richland Hills since 1955. The family offers profound thanks and sincere gratitude to the exceptional staff of Bishop Davies Nursing Center for lovingly providing care and comfort throughout her stay. Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Howell Green. Survivors: Son, David B.
